Author's Note:
Many have requested that I bring Maggie and Eran back to present-day New Orleans. This story begins there, in the present-day, in that seductive, sultry city, where Maggie and Eran will remain as Part Two of this series plays out. Some have also asked why the series is in two parts, and the answer is ... Part One was to lay the foundation of the coming war and Part Two is the execution of that war, when Maggie and Eran will face the most brutal sacrifices.
